Welcome to Heliosphere, a digital entertainment platform operated by Helios Universal Group (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using Heliosphere, HelioVision+, Titan Play TV, or any related services (collectively the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Mature content may require users to be 18+.

2. Use of the Platform

Do not hack, copy, or redistribute copyrighted material.
Do not misuse embeds or third-party streams.
Do not use scraping tools or bypass security.

3. Intellectual Property

Heliosphere™, HelioVision+™, Titan Play™, and associated logos are property of Helios Universal Group.

Some films, shows, and streams are owned by third parties and displayed through official embeds, public domain libraries, or content partners. We do not host copyrighted media without authorization.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use Strimm, YouTube, Bunny Stream, archive.org, Google AdSense, or others. Their policies apply separately.

5. Web3 & Token Disclaimer

HelioCoin, EbonyCoin, and PFLX are utility tokens — not securities. Nothing here constitutes investment advice.

6. Termination

We may suspend users who violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for outages, errors, or third-party content.

8. Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
