Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and raised in Los Angeles, Shireen Crutchfield has built a dynamic, multi-hyphenate career across film, television, music, and literature. She first appeared on national television as a dancer on the iconic Soul Train before joining Motown’s R&B group The Good Girls.

Her acting work spans Hot Boyz, FIRE, NCIS, Breaking Point, Good Trouble, Love & Coffee, and dozens more — showcasing range across drama, action, suspense, and character-driven storytelling.

As a filmmaker, she wrote, produced, and directed the award-winning short film Birthday Bash, and continues to explore new stories.

Shireen is also the author of the Hello Topper Books children’s series and is a proud mother of three — a role that fuels and inspires her creativity.
